Tracy is second generation born and raised in Arizona.  She obtained 3 college degrees in 5 years in her 30's, Associates in Paralegal studies 2006,  Bachelors in Criminal Justice 2010, and Masters in Business Administration 2011.   Played soccer growing up and later coached son's soccer team.She strives for excellence every day.
